The "FIGBA Sabayan Para Sa Masa 8-Stag Derby", which drew 3,300 entries, will have its grand finals tomorrow, Saturday, Oct.22 in 32 venues nationwide.

 

There are 632 qualifiers with 2, 2.5 and 3 points who will compete in the 5-stag finale.

 

For Cagayan Valley Gamefowl Breeders Association (CVGBA), finals is moved to Oct. 26 due to effects of typhoon Lawin. 

 

'Sabayan'  is organized by the International Federation of Gamefowl Breeders Associations (FIGBA), the group behind the 2016 National Bakbakan 12-Stag Derby.

 

FIGBA president Ricoy Palmares Jr. said the 2016 'Bakbakan' goes full blast next week with a series of qualifying rounds that will culminate with the grand finals in December.
